The indicated prices are intended per day and person, for a stay of at least three days. 

The room is at disposal of the guest from 12 o’clock am the provided arrival day and has to be cleared free within 10 o’clock am the departing day. In case of departure in the afternoon the guest is obliged to pay the amount of the whole day if the room has not been cleared free within 10 o’clock am.

DISCOUNTS:
- Gratis for children up to one years if they occupy the 3rd bed.
- 50 % for children from 2 to 4 years if they occupy the 3rd bed.
- 30 % for children from 4 to 8 years if they occupy the 3rd bed.
- 20% for children from 8 to 12 years if they occupy the 3rd bed.
- Euro 3,00 for adults if they occupy the 3rd and 4th bed.

SUPPLEMENTS:
Single room with bath and balcony: Euro 10,00 per day
Double room as single room: Euro 20,00 per day.

If the room is occupied by an adult and a child there will not be any discount.

For the definitive confirmation of the booking we please a deposit of Euro 200,00.

In case of anticipated departure will be charged an indemnity equivalent to the tariff of three overnight stays
